Have you ever wondered about your drawbacks? Have you ever lost heart because of your flaws?

Have you ever hesitated to try new things because of your imperfections?

Dear friends, as humans, none of us are infallible. We all have flaws that are part of our identity.

But what if I told you, that you can use your flaws to your advantage? What if I told you, that with your weakness, you can create something extraordinary?

Let’s face it, dear friend, our weaknesses have been there for a while and are unlikely to disappear anytime soon. Instead of complaining, it’s time to work our way around those imperfections that hold us back.

If you ask me, what my weaknesses are? Well, I’m a talkative and restless individual. I like to keep doing things one after the other. My mind wanders from one place to the other, wanting to do things that are beyond my typical age bracket.

I keep hearing others telling me, “You are too old for this”. It’s funny how they said the same when I was young. When they said, “You are too young for this”.

The truth is that people are quick to judge and draw conclusions. Others can easily bracket you into categories that you don’t have fit in.

It was their point of view that made you assess your choices. Those disapproving remarks are the ones that keep your dreams hidden.

I was about as low as a person can get, so how is it that, at the age of 55, I now run a successful organization that offers human-centric consulting and aims to empower lives?

Because I embraced my drawbacks and transformed them into my greatest strength.

While others perceived me as chatty, I realized, I am someone who genuinely loves to communicate. That’s when I thought to myself, why not communicate in interesting ways?

And in order to achieve that goal, I began refining my communication skills. I used my talkativeness to make an impression, create an impact and inspire others. I started viewing myself as a communicator rather than a talkative individual. As I started gathering experiences and thoughts through my interactions over time, I started sharing those with the world.

My restlessness stems from the fact that I want to accomplish many things regardless of my age.

I wanted to experience my life in diverse hues, whether it was through acting, travelling, meeting new people or experimenting. So when I believed I can achieve many things, I started doing many things. From being just an actor in Hindi cinema, I progressed to become an actor in 11 different languages and a motivational speaker.

Even at the age of 50, I was willing to be audacious, when I decided to make a career change. I was willing to learn new things from scratch, be it by taking online programs, through interactions or picking up questions.

My desire and ability to learn beyond my age allowed me to discover parts of myself, which I never knew existed. I believed that I am never too old to learn or to start again. Instead, I used the wisdom of my age.

In my restlessness, I found myself, I found contentment.

Dear friends, I want you to begin your journey. To find out how you can convert your so-called “flaws” into your greatest strengths.

Do not be despondent. Instead, heighten your abilities and remain indefatigable.

Believe in the infinite potential of your human mind and I am sure, you will turn your flaws to your advantage.
